Inspired by the classic museum fixture, Jonathan Browning reimagines the utilitarian picture light as portable task lighting. A knurled texture on the shade addresses the functional need to grip and rotate, while lending it an industrial edge. A telescoping mechanism adjusts the height, while the cantilevered base lets it tuck neatly beneath a sofa or chair.
